Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Nomadic Liberty LLC collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and how it is protected. Nomadic Liberty is a one-person AI consulting business based in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Information I Collect
- Contact details you give me. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything else you include when you email, call, text, or book a call with me.
- Billing information. Billing contact, business address, and invoice and payment history, used to send invoices and record payments.
- Payment details. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card or bank account number goes directly to Stripe and is never seen or stored by me. If you pay by check, the check itself carries your bank details.
- Project information. Business data, documents, and system access you share with me so I can do the work you hired me for.
- Basic technical data. This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Like any website, its hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.

I do not sell your personal information.
Who I Share It With, and How
I share information only with the services that help me run the business, and only what each one needs. It is shared electronically, through those services' own platforms:
- Stripe for card and bank payments
- Zoho for invoicing
- Google for email and call scheduling
- Messaging providers for text messages (see the SMS section below)
- Project tools. Software and AI services used in your project, as discussed with you for that project
- Professional advisors such as an accountant or attorney, when needed
I may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Nomadic Liberty, its clients, or others.
How I Protect It
I use established providers that encrypt data in transit, protect my accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and keep access to client information limited to me and the people you approve. Card data is handled by Stripe, which is certified to the payment card industry's security standard (PCI DSS). No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
How Long I Keep It
I keep invoices and payment records as long as tax and legal rules require. Other information is kept only as long as it is useful for working together, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your Choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing jason@nomadicliberty.com. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
SMS Messaging Program
Third Parties That Help Provide the Messaging Service: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
Affiliates: We may disclose the Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your Personal Data will be subject to this Policy. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Children
This website and my services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. See also the Terms of Service.
